During the past year, 46-year-old Julie has lost 65 pounds and reduced her pain medication and insulin dose thanks to the self-management skills she learned from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) Primary Care Health and Wellness Coach Andrea Z-Covey. Julie started her wellness journey with a six-week DHMC workshop, “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Health Conditions.” Z-Covey and fellow health coach Inger Imset also lead a workshop called “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain.” For more information or to sign up for one of these workshops, contact Inger Imset at: 603-653-1826.
